Ladies, I'm super excited to share with you our Circle of Fabulous Women Retreat 2024! If you're ready for a powerful, yet fun time of relaxation, girl talk sessions, pajama party, pampering, prayer and meditation, fashion and beauty, girls' night out, photoshoot sessions, etc., then this retreat is for you!

I'm very intentional on empowering women to be the absolute best version of themselves that God has called them to be. This retreat cuts no corners in doing that!

15 Bedrooms, 15 Baths

This cabin mansion is absolutely stunning!! Built in 2022, it's a fairly new cabin with amazing amenities. This 15 bedroom cabin near Pigeon Forge, TN boasts several luxury amenities and a location near top area destinations, ensuring guests to make beautiful memories.

Highlights: 3 level cabin manion. 12 king beds. 14 queen beds. Grill. Fire pits. Deck. Fireplace. Hot tubs. Game room. Theater Room. Private indoor pool. Mountain views. Bbque grill. Private bathrooms. Luxury cabin.

This retreat is the breath of fresh air that you didn't know you needed! Get ready for a power-packed 4 days, 3 nights event.

Day 1:

- Cookout | Meet & Great Rooftop Jacuzzis| Pool Party | Pajama Party/ Game Night

Day 2:

- Fun Day of adventure, team building & shopping | Girl Talk Sessions| Empowerment | Movie Night at the Cabin

Day 3:

-Self Care Day- Pampering & Relaxation| Fashion & Beauty Makeovers | Photoshoots | Girls Night Out for Dinner (Cowgirl Boots w Pearls Theme)

- Breakfast | Prayer & Fellowship | Checkout

Choose Your Payment Option

We got options! 1) Pay in FULL. 2) Pay in 4. 3) Pay as you go (there is a convenience/ interest fee of $100 added to your total amount if this option is chosen). Refunds can be given if you change your mind within 30 days of paying your deposit/ one time payment in full. After that, there are NO refunds/cancellations.

But wait....we got REWARDS! Refer/bring a friend with you, and we will give you a $100 GIFT CARD for our girls' day out experience! Presentations will be made at the cabin. Bring more than 1...then get an additional $100 gift card! That's right! The more people you bring, the more gift cards you can get! How much will you rack up for our Girls' Day Out experience??? Please note...your parties MUST show up and have paid their balance in FULL. :-)

Private Room (Only 11 total available- First come, First Serve)

Includes room & board- cookout Wednesday, breakfast every day, dinner at the cabin on Thursday, snacks throughout, printed material, photoshoot sessions (does not include special requests for edited copies/prints).

Make 1 payment or choose pay in 4. With pay in 4, you must pay 25% down ($300). Refunds can be given if you change your mind within 30 days of paying your deposit/ one time payment in full. After that, there are NO refunds/cancellations. Last day to do "Pay in 4" is December 31st. No more "Pay in 4s" will be accepted. All payments have to be completed by March 31st- no exceptions.

Pay as You Go

Can't quite pay in full or pay in 4? We got you. There's an additional $100 added for convenience. FIRST PAYMENT MUST BE THE 25% DEPOSIT WHICH IS BROKEN DOWN BELOW. If you do NOT pay your deposit FIRST, you will be refunded any payment under that, and your spot will NOT be reserved. ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE COMPLETED BY MARCH 31ST. NO EXCEPTIONS. Refunds can be given if you change your mind within 30 days of paying your deposit. After that, there are NO refunds/cancellations.
